interesting week

well, after a week of sitting on a sun lounger, drinking cocktails and gin, and eating three fantastic meals a day.... i went to my first weigh in for two weeks and guess what. i lost 1lb.

I think the little bit of weigh that i gained, was water retention lol.

My sw leader wanted to know how i did it, and well it was just making the right choices at meal times intstead of stuffing my face with all the fattening options. I really enjoyed my food whilst i was away, and i didnt miss out on anything that i fancied, if there was something that looked bad but interesting, i had a little bit....... you know what they say a little bit of what you fancy does you good lol

Well, we will see how good i can be this week, i am going out on friday and apparently the menu selection is veggie, so looks like friday is going to be a green day but i need to stay away from the cheese if i want to achieve my goal.

So far following SW I have lost 1 stone 6 1/2 lbs with the classes i have managed 6 1/2 lbs ( i lost one stone prior to joining) so i just have another 1 stone 5 1/2lbs to get to my first goal, and from there we will see what i want to do
